I bought this because my Mitsubishi Outlander 2012 SE (NOT Sport) won't turn on the A/C fan. There are no installation instructions, I had to look on YouTube. This is the easiest DIY install I've ever made for my car! We remove the glove box, unscrew 3 plastic clips to open the bottom, unscrew 3 screws, pull out the power harness and hose, and then pull it out! Installation is just the reverse process. It took me 30 minutes to remove the old one and install the new one. This product fits like a factory original, works as it should and is worth the price even if it only lasts a year (hopefully more)! Highly recommended for AC fan problems.
