Not comfortable at all. I should have listened to other reviews. I appreciate that they have good support but they are not reassuring at all. Too heavy to walk long. You could do the inside with a better bow. I don't even think they have bows like light riders. I liked other crocodiles, but they don't help sore legs. My big toe hurts after wearing them for hours. .
