I gave this coffee maker a 4 instead of a 5 because it does not consider "a cup" as 6 ounces. Rather, a cup from this coffeemaker is around 5 ounces.Not a big deal, I guess, but my old coffee maker was a 4 cup coffee maker and it took 24 ounces of water. With this machine, if I put in 24 ounces, about 2 ounces spills out of the back and onto the counter top. so that means I have to wait a few minutes into the brewing cycle and then I add the remaining water.kind of inconvenient.For all the years that I have been making coffee, why would the manufacturer not give a full 6 ounce cup? I don't understand.Other than that, the coffee maker is working fine and I had a cup of coffee this morning using this maker.
