Makes good coffee. Wish more offerings were available in the 4 to 5 cup size. Turns off after a delay as advertised. The filter comes out but the filter basket does not. Not a huge deal but prefer to remove and wash occasionally. This one you cannot remove. Also the first one I received broke the hinge trying to open the first time. The pivot point is like a 1 or 2 mm piece of plastic. We will handle with kid gloves and enjoy till it breaks.

Since I'm the only one drinking coffee in our house I figured a small coffee maker was a good decision. The one cuppers were out as I drink 4 cups each morning.This little guy makes coffee fast and makes a much hotter cup than my expensive coffee maker that I donated to charity. This downsizing was the right choice.love it!

This coffee maker doesn't use paper filters, so you have to wash the filter basket every day. Even then it works very slowly and takes quite a while to stop dripping. And, if you try to get a cup before it's finished, you get to clean up the mess because it doesn't have an auto-stop. The coffee tastes good — but you have to use about twice as much as usual to get that flavor. After a month I gave up and ordered a Mr. Coffee instead.

Best small coffee maker I’ve ever had! But after one year, the thermostat broke and the machine would not turn off unless unplugged In spite of that I ordered another one anyway because it brews good coffee and is very cleverly engineered. Doesn’t drip and make a mess either! I’ve had some badly made brewers, and this one is by far the best.

The coffee pot works well and I like the auto shutoff feature and the re-usable filter. Like other reviews said, make sure to run it a few times with plain water first to get rid of the plastic smell. I was disappointed when I started using it and realized that it will only make 3 imperial cups of coffee, I didn't realize the "4 cups" advertised didn't actually mean 4 imperial cups. The description does also say 600ml so i guess that's my mistake.

This coffee pot does make 4 cups of coffee as long as you add extra water. Regardless, this is a great coffee maker and we are very pleased with it. It works out great as a countertop saver and we are very pleased with this purchase.

Nice little brewer but I have some issues that obviously won't apply to everyone.1. Brews a very silty cup of Coffee.2. It is annoying to have to clean several pieces after each pot. And the design means you are washing coffee grounds down the drain, which is never a good thing, every time you rinse the filter.3. I am used to drinking two 10-11 oz. cups in the morning. I gave this coffee maker a 4 instead of a 5 because it does not consider "a cup" as 6 ounces. Rather, a cup from this coffeemaker is around 5 ounces.Not a big deal, I guess, but my old coffee maker was a 4 cup coffee maker and it took 24 ounces of water. With this machine, if I put in 24 ounces, about 2 ounces spills out of the back and onto the counter top. so that means I have to wait a few minutes into the brewing cycle and then I add the remaining water.kind of inconvenient.For all the…

I like the small glass carafe and hot plate time. I switched from my previous coffee maker because the coffee was never hot enough.This Gevi is a definite improvement. I wish the lid was removal to facilitate easier cleaning of the inside of the carafe.
