The harness is well fitted and has many adjustment points. The harness has only one "D-RING" for fall protection in the middle of the back. I consider myself a "medium build, 180lb" worker and I used most of the slack in the adjustments to get the strap to fit. If you consider yourself "small" you should probably look into a different harness for a more snug fit. A pair of side D-rings would be good for "work positioning and side fixation". But in general an acceptable seat belt for a small price.
