Good luck with your warranty claim

Here's the thing, after spending hours removing and installing a new radiator you want it to last longer than 6 months right? The first not. Good luck with your guarantee. I had to buy another one that has been standing for almost 2 months. For those of you with a 2006 Ford Explorer, you can try setting the thermostat to a lower temperature. I've heard the Explorer heaters were at around 4psi pressure at the time, which drastically reduced their lifespan. The low-temperature thermostat should relieve the cooler somewhat. I don't know if that's true, but I sympathize with everyone who paid to have their radiators replaced at the dealership.
