Five Star Parts

Perfect for my 2006 Explorer 4.6. No more radiator leaks. The price doesn't bite! I have also bought radiators from other places but there were so many model numbers of the same brand and they all said they fit my car but NO info on how they differ from each other. This confused me a bit and knowing that Revain has such a good return policy I figured it would be the safest bet. I'm happy to report that everything worked out and you don't have to go back! Good luck with your warranty claim

Here's the thing, after spending hours removing and installing a new radiator you want it to last longer than 6 months right? The first not. Good luck with your guarantee. I had to buy another one that has been standing for almost 2 months. For those of you with a 2006 Ford Explorer, you can try setting the thermostat to a lower temperature. I've heard the Explorer heaters were at around 4psi pressure at the time, which drastically reduced their lifespan. The low-temperature thermostat should…

Worked great on a 2006 Mercury Mountainer Premier V8!

As the name suggests, the radiator fits a 2006 V8 Mercury Mountaineer Premier. Looks like the original radiator. You MUST remove the fan and clutch, which requires a special tool kit. The one from Autozone (available for free) that they say fits doesn't. I had to use the wrench from that kit and a couple of large vices to remove the fan. One of the tools actually grabs the heads of the four clutch bolts, which I've never seen before. You will also need a special tool to remove the transmission…
