Overall I am very satisfied with this chair. The box came with a few holes, but the chair itself was fine and well protected in the box. The assembly took about 15 minutes. 1 of the screws didn't fit in the Allen key provided but luckily there was 1 extra screw in the chair. The chair is equipped with a head/neck support and a lumbar cushion. I didn't really bother using the chair and found it much more comfortable without it. While it's a nice addition, I don't think I'll be using a footstool. It seems a bit flimsy and bends down a lot when I put my feet on it. The chair itself is quite wide and extremely comfortable for its price range. I ordered a white one and immediately ordered two blue ones for my wife and son who really liked the chair I ordered. The chair is silent when getting on and off. I have no regrets spending money on this chair.
