The most terrible garland!
Looks very different from the pictures. It's just a very cheap looking ultra-thin plastic. If I could rate less than 1 I would. I believe it's the same as what they sell in dollar stores for less than $1, even if you add $4 for shipping it should be around $5 and not close to $22 be. It's just cheap plastic junk. I have never been so disappointed with an online purchase.
