I bought this shoe after much research and testing of wider shoes and road shoes, so the narrow fit was a welcome change. The design provides ample traction and cushioning. Once the sticky patches wear off, it will fade a bit. They breathe very well and I've had good luck in all terrain and weather conditions. Colodflow is about 1/2 size smaller than what I usually buy even though my feet are swollen. I put in a few hundred miles on my first pair and liked them so much I bought two more to keep running.
