Oh my god! I now have an aquarium bike and have started using the fish feeding method. By the time it hit the two week mark, a 1/8th slimy protein film had formed on the surface of my 22 gallon tank and even with a lot of surface agitation it wouldn't go away. I put this guy in there, played with it for about 30 seconds and BOOM! He started sucking out protein films! Additional Notes: Feeding flakes will instantly suck them into this thing, this is an easy fix! Take the skimmer off for a moment, let them eat and put it back on! I would buy it again with great pleasure. (I also have her lilies and they fit perfectly)
