Review on USTEPS Triangular Telescoping Ladder 11 5Ft by Aries Greene

The USTEPS 13.5' Prime ladder is perfect for accessing the roof of our Class A diesel bus. It is very durable, easy to use and very well designed due to its triangular design. Due to its triangular shape it doesn't twist like the round extension ladder I used once and decided I didn't feel safe with. I feel absolutely safe with this ladder! In the photos it is fully extended and resting on the canopy, but I don't usually use it that way. I lean the rubber tips of the rails (on top of the ladder) against the side of the car to take the pressure off the tarpaulin and leave the top two rungs folded. Rubber tips protect the sidewall paint from scratches and hold the ladder securely to the sidewall, but if you want to extend the ladder all the way you can simply wrap a piece of insulating foam around the metal rails to prevent scratching. I can easily climb over the awning onto the roof and use the awning to keep my balance. Another RV driver showed me this trick and it works great. The integrated carrying handle is ideal and makes it easier to move the ladder. I'm sure I can use the ladder for many applications but using it for our RV is my main goal. It stores easily in the "basement" of the bus and I keep it in the original box it came in to keep it clean and safe. Yes I am a perfectionist but I appreciate and want to maintain such a wonderful product that protects my safety while using it. I would highly recommend this ladder if you are looking for a safe, durable, well designed and constructed ladder. You will not be disappointed!
