Superb pizza crust, Absolutely 5 stars
BUY, you will love it. Please allow me to respond to 4 bad reviews. Two said they were broken so I purposely tried to break them with my hands; NEVER, it's very well done. Two said it was too short. Longer doesn't give you proper balance, however, and I have no problem putting pizza in and out of the 500-degree oven without gloves. The finish is superb, allowing the light layer of flour and cornmeal to slide your pizza in and out with ease. Trust the 5 star reviews, this is a quality scrub, you won't regret it.
