Empowered Staffing - Great Place To Work For New Hires!

I've been working in their client services group since April of 2015 as an administrative assistant for one of our large clients that uses empowered staffing to help find qualified candidates (and train them!). It's really nice having someone like me there when you're new because it cuts down hiring time by so much!! There are many different departments at this place - recruiting, payroll processing, accounting, sales support etc., which makes things confusing sometimes but overall we have all gotten along well here.
The only thing is finding more people who can multi-task/do double duty between multiple offices. This could be solved if some other positions were created or hired into those areas instead.

Pros

Easy access from home office computer via VPN connection; easy application process with no required background check fee! Also good benefits package includes dental coverage included..not something i'm used too seeing these days :) Very helpful HR department &/or knowledgeable managers available whenever needed during regular hours.but also will meet outside business hour needs upon request!!! They want employees happy while being paid fair wages..Great work environment where everyone helps each
