Turns out a well baked pizza with perfect crust with no messy cleanup

Just baked our first pizza with this pan. Crust was perfectly crisp and evenly baked. We followed the directions re: spraying with olive oil and pre baking the pan, then resprayed with olive oil before baking the pizza. The pizza slid out of the pan with nothing stuck to the pan. Cleanup of the pan simple and basically effortless. Highly recommend this pizza pan as a way to turn out a fully baked, crisp crust without burning it.
