Great tool for tracking performance and feedback
I like how easy it is to use, you just click "hire" or 'fire' which saves time! It's also very flexible as far as letting employees work remotely if they choose so too - great benefit when working from home during COVID times!! Sometimes there are issues with our team members not being able to log in at all (even though we've set up their passwords correctly).
We're solving this by having them come into an office every day but still giving us access via remote desktop software called TeamViewer where everyone has control of what each person sees/does within the program itself without needing physical presence together unless required. This works well because some people aren't comfortable coming back early after hours etc while others prefer doing things independently anyway even outside normal 9am–5pm window.
