Works well. I used to have a manual dressing table that I liked, but the water tank wasn't enough. I had to refuel 2-3 times per session. It has a large water reserve, at full power at level 10 the auto-off timer will hold about as long as 6/8 water, which is usually way more than enough. My only complaints: I haven't figured out how (if possible) to disable the "pulse" of the water. It's okay, but I don't use this thing as a massager. Second, even at full power, it's hardly as strong, albeit slightly less, than a hand-made toilet boom. Finally noise. This thing is also noticeably louder than hand in hand, and doing it in the morning when everyone else is asleep makes me feel like an idiot.
