You can't do that out of the box!
This spacer rotates the bolt pattern 180° because the top of the strut is slightly slanted. Rotating the bolt pattern will not properly fit the strut on the truck. There may be a way to fix this, but I don't have the tools for it and since neither the product description nor the instructions mention it, they're being returned.
