My wife gave it to me for Christmas. I'm 6ft 2in so she bought me an XL Tall. It fits me well, but there is no free space in it. Luckily I'm a bit slim, otherwise I would feel uncomfortable. Above 38 inches, you definitely need to buy XXL size, you need space. Nice shirt, it was a little scratchy. After trying it on I washed it (cold water) and let it dry according to the instructions: it dries quickly, almost doesn't wrinkle (no need to iron) and doesn't itch at all afterwards, to be honest I prefer a more voluminous shirt, but that's more the weight of a shirt dress, so this isn't what you need if all you're looking for is warmth. It's great as a dress shirt: it drapes well and the collar and cuffs stay stiff. Don't dry it hard, or it will definitely shrink, shrink.
