I am very impressed with this running backpack. The front zip pocket fits the slim ZTE ZMAX PRO perfectly. I've even taken it out in the rain and none of my electronics got wet, which is not the case with some of my bigger brand vests. The bubble doesn't flow either. The bite valve is a bit uncomfortable at times. It works by pushing the bite valve away from the hose and then having to bite down to release the water. It's not a big deal, but sometimes I just suck air and it can be difficult when I'm running tactically. Storage capacity is minimal. The mesh on the back accommodates a layer, maybe a thin jacket. The bladder compartment is mainly occupied by the bladder, so there may be a few bars or gels. The front bottle pockets can hold a 20 ounce soft bottle, but if you want bottles deep in your bag use the 16 ounce bottles.
