Great brush with a big flaw

This is the second pack of 6 brushes I've bought and I can confirm they definitely get your teeth a lot cleaner than other brushes. I have very sensitive teeth and gums and have had a lot of problems with my teeth and jaw. For this reason, I would prefer an electric toothbrush, but there aren't any on the market that suit me. Until then I will use these brushes. The bristles are very soft and really go between clenched teeth, which I have too. The tapered shape of the bristles allows me to position the bristles differently to get extra plaque after flossing, which I couldn't with other brushes. It also has a good amount of bristles. I recently bought a specialty toothbrush and it had about 3/4 the bristle count in length and width and when I switched back I immediately knew the difference and told myself I won't be going back. The handle has some weight but is not heavy. *** The only downside to this brush is the holes that the bristles go in and out of and the surrounding area - it will hold toothpaste, plaque and real food debris. and it is very difficult to get it out of the brush. In the past I had to grab the thread by the bristles several times to pull it out. Better a toothbrush than my mouth, but I don't want to use a toothbrush, that's an extra step I didn't sign up for. I have attached a photo of my new brush which I have just used 1 time with charcoal toothpaste and the starting point of the bristles are black even after soaking in hydrogen peroxide and rinsing with plenty of hot water. This scares me because if the visible things get stuck, then it's obvious that things that aren't visible, ie bacteria and other insects, get stuck there too!
