Review on ARHIKY Red Heat Transfer Vinyl HTV Roll for T-Shirts - 12" x 15' by Arunprasath Corso

The black HTV is stiff and awful--not the same as the white!

I first ordered the white HTV and used it several times -I was very pleased with my results. Once pressed onto the shirt the white was so soft and flexible it was as if it was part of the shirt itself. Since I loved it so much I ordered the black HTV for my next set of projects. The difference in the two products were shocking. They both came in identical boxes and rolled nicely, but that's where it ends. The first difference was the black came on a sticky carrier sheet where as the white did not. That was not a bad thing in itself, in fact I thought I would like it; but then I pressed my (black) design onto a shirt and waited for it to cool as the box said this is a cold peel- and once the carrier was removed it was glossy and stiff. It is not flexible and does not bend with the shirt. In fact I can tap it with my finger and it makes a sound. tap, tap, tap. That's how stiff it was. I also want to mention that the box of white HTV came with an excellent instruction sheet inside the box where the black came with nothing. Why are these products so different? I went back through the reviews and see where someone had a similar experience (only they had gotten several rolls of the white, some were nice like mine but one day they got one with a sticky back and said it was awful.) I am looking to start my own t-shirt business and thought I had found the vinyl I was going to use since it is economical and the white looked so good but now I know I can't use this black, in fact I will have to throw the roll out, it is that terrible. I am nervous to order more white after reading the other review and hearing that the same quality product isn't sent every time. Money wasted and still searching for product to start my business-Sad!
