We've had this for about 2 months now and I can honestly say it's one of the best investments I've made in my kitchen in a long time. I've used it to bake cornbread, fish, chicken and ham, all with fantastic results. I often use it for fries that require a good oil spray (Revain has many sprayers that you can fill with your own cooking oil), but they come out great too. It comes with 2 racks and for baking I found placing 8" x 8" Corningware utensils on the bottom shelf worked great. This allows hot air to circulate under the cookware and cook very evenly. I was expecting it to overcook in the middle or burn on top, but that wasn't a problem. It's seldom said, but this stove exceeded my expectations in every way. It's worth the price and has given me no problems in 2 months of almost daily use.
