This stove exploded and I requested a warranty. I was told it was under warranty. The warranty instructions said I would pay for the return postage and for shipping back to me. Therefore, the shipping cost is about $60. This stove is only $70 so current shipping costs will void the warranty.

I love this item. We don't usually cook food that we don't use it for. That's easy. It's fast. And cleaning is very easy. We only add about an inch of water to the bottom to catch any drips. When we finish cooking, we pour, rinse and dry. We have recommended this product to everyone we know.

I've only been using this oven for about a week. So far it works great. I've used it to reheat frozen foods like breaded chicken strips and egg rolls. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the crust of the egg rolls was crispy, like I'd fried them, but not greasy. I've also made grilled pork chops and even a steak.
