I've only been using this oven for about a week. So far it works great. I've used it to reheat frozen foods like breaded chicken strips and egg rolls. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the crust of the egg rolls was crispy, like I'd fried them, but not greasy. I've also made grilled pork chops and even a steak. The meat looks fresh from the grill on the outside, but it's tender and juicy on the inside. So far I am happy with this stove. Cons: The racks and tongs that come with this platter are flimsy and not even big enough for this large platter. I use grills that came out of an old convection oven I had a few years ago. Also, the power cord is very short.
