I bought this raincoat ahead of others because of the see through hood peak. My dog can see where he is going with the hood on. After 4 months of very minimal use (probably less than 15 days total) I have found that the jacket is no longer waterproof and is starting to absorb water so now part of my dog is getting wet. Water stains are visible on the inside of the jacket when removed by my dog. Kills the purpose of the raincoat if my dog is still getting wet. I haven't washed my jacket. I hang it up to dry. So it's not clear why it failed.
