In many ways this was exactly what I wanted: an offset desk that could be wheeled under our sofa. I love the tilt, I love that it folds up. I have 3 main issues that brought it down from 5 stars. First, the design issue mentioned earlier. While tilt mechanisms have a good pin and hole approach, the vertical adjustment doesn't. And that carries the most weight! Instead, tighten the handle that presses on the support column. A pin and hole approach would be better and safer. Second, the wheels are a bit flimsy. I replaced mine with the one taken from storage. Third, as mentioned here, mine arrived damaged. Not so much that I have to repackage and send it back, but enough to frustrate me with it. There was a large chip on the plastic railing around the tray and the formica had chipped off the edge. See photo. Other than that, it works well and I use it every day for its intended purpose!
