The ability to pull up detailed information about our competitors products/services at any time of day or night. It's also great for breaking down what your competition has done well so you can build better solutions that solve problems more effectively than theirs. I would like there was an option to filter by industry instead of having to scroll through all industries everytime we log into the app. Also sometimes it takes longer then expected when logging back into the system after being away from it for awhile. This helps us keep track of competitor product releases, pricing changes, new features etc..
