Great Platform & Ease-of Use Process

The ability of this software allows me as an analyst or consultant to gather information quickly from multiple sources at once which helps narrow down my search for more accurate data points needed by clients/customers I am working with / researching! This tool has helped streamline our process when gathering critical research that we need fast turnaround time upon receiving it back so there are no delays due to slow communication between team members involved within getting answers out quicker

Pros
  • The ability of this software to gather information quickly from multiple sources at once which helps narrow down my search for more accurate data points needed by clients/customers I am working with / researching!
Cons
  • The tool doesn't have a search for the software to narrow down my search for products and such to research more about but you can use Google to search and use the search

Great way monitor and research Competitors

The ability to pull up detailed information about our competitors products/services at any time of day or night. It's also great for breaking down what your competition has done well so you can build better solutions that solve problems more effectively than theirs. I would like there was an option to filter by industry instead of having to scroll through all industries everytime we log into the app. Also sometimes it takes longer then expected when logging back into the system after being away
