I like the fact that I can easily sit or stand and move easily between two positions without moving all the items on my desk. I also like that you don't have to pull yourself up and back to get into a standing position, the spring ensures you don't have to put your back in an awkward position when changing positions. The large desktop is handy for keeping things on the desk that I'm working on and I don't have to move anything. However, it protrudes a lot more from the front, so measure it more closely than I did and make sure it fits your space nicely. I wish it was a little smaller, but I'm so pleased with the ease of use that I kept it to myself and just moved my desk away from the wall a bit to accommodate its greater depth.
