I like that you can easily set up your own rules for how long it takes before someone gets reviewed or deleted, this makes life easier when dealing with lots of different reviewers! Sometimes there are issues where people don't get their account verified properly which means they have no access at all (even though from what we've seen in our experience so far most other users do receive an email).

There's also sometimes problems if one reviewer submits 5-6 times within just seconds/minutes - but those seem more likely server side rather than software related. We use Customer Reviews as part of our SEO strategy by using them as citations alongside Google+ posts etc., plus some customers signup directly via us too.
