Review on Ateco Plain Edge Baking Tool by Dana Jones

I haven't even opened the box yet. Apparently they were in use, there was a sticker on one side and there's a piece of dough on the biggest triangle or something. The description also states that they range from 1 3/4" to 3 3/4", when in fact they range from 2" to 5 1/4". I can only use the two smallest ones for what I bought back then, if I could use them at all, so I can't risk celiac disease. There were also crumbs on the outside of the packaging that fell off during handling so my kitchen counter may now be contaminated with gluten. Thanks very much! Seriously not happy!
