Review on 📏 Alumicolor Alumicutter 12-inch Aluminum Safety Ruler Straight Edge in Silver (1312-1) by Kelly Caballes

As an architecture student I need a good paper cutting ruler and a wide range of modeling materials. This one is best suited for this. Some others are flexible and leave jagged lines; not so with Alumicutter. It's fairly stiff and has a soft, non-slip underside, so you can be assured of a clean cut. One thing I noticed is that in the past some sort of hardened edge was applied to the cutting side of the ruler - I believe it was stainless steel. They don't do that anymore, so only cut aluminum, which is softer and more prone to scratches and dents. This didn't bother me as the ruler is the same on both edges and one edge is clearly for cutting and the other for measuring/drawing. Just an observation if that matters to you!
