I suspect something is wrong with the screw or something because I am sure I installed it correctly. It fitted my pipe snugly and I tightened the screw as tight as I could and somehow the product managed to fall off my car while driving which is a serious safety hazard and is unacceptable. He fell on the interstate and I didn't realize it until I saw the car behind me swerve to go around him. I would go back to get it and replace it, but that was the Autobahn. I hope that those looking at this product will choose something safer that won't accidentally fall off your vehicle and endanger those behind you.
