We bought this intercom for the ski season 2020, so we could talk to each other on the slopes instead of yelling at each other and not hearing each other even though we are yelling. They work FANTASTIC ! We mounted the microphone to the upper part of the helmet instead of being right by your mouth, you speak very softly to each other and communication is as clear as a bell. I defiantly recommend this intercom for this type of use. The 2nd picture shows the microphone location, we stuck the microphone and the speakers to the helmets with the double stick tape provided with the kit.
