So here is the full review. I can't figure out how to set up the plan. I contacted them and asked "I can't setup my plan, please help." The message I got back was "I no setup". So if you try to find your pet every time and need their help, you won't get it. We have used the product and there are few problems. 1 - The accuracy is not great. It can be 75-100 feet. Just updated regularly. It's hard to know how old the last update is, and your pet may have already left. There is "close search options" and it goes from 1 bar to three bars a few feet away and back to one bar. I think it's also because it's not real time. It's also unreliable. One day our pet suddenly appeared on the map 1500 miles away in Florida after being outside for 15 minutes. This happened twice. You have to wait 30 minutes and it will fix itself. Not good if you want to find your pet. Conclusion: Very bad support. Sometimes unreliable. It takes more detective work and wandering around than you think to find your pet. I would keep it if I could get a plan. I plan to choose the option with a well-known brand.
