This item arrived torn at the seam which really speaks to the overall durability and quality of the material and craftsmanship. Because the gap is at the top, it can't support the weight of the bag and toiletries while hanging on the hook. Also, the bag itself is so soft it can't stand up on its own (I had to crush and reshape it to even try to fill it). The sides and even the bottom are padded (there's no normal plastic material inside to make it flat or add structure) so even large shampoo bottles can fall off the countertop and definitely get stuck. On the plus side, it has a fairly large capacity, although regular adult toothbrushes *barely* fit in the right holders. There are better bags out there. *** The company offered a replacement bag in exchange for my retracting the review, but I never received the bag. ***
