I think vodaplex unified communication platform was really impressive because it gives me all in one solution of phone system, voice mail & calendaring. It gives full control over users devices such as PC/Desktop & mobile phones with easy to use user interface and very good management panel for administrators. The service quality should be perfect for business owners like us who want more professional support and help from their end point providers and also make sure that every process runs smoothly without any error or delays whatsoever. The vodaplex software are still not available on android app which makes managing my users difficult using it at work place. This is what i have encountered right now while dealing with this product. If you're looking into a high-quality product you will probably find something worth your time to consider, definitely with its price in terms of value for money! As mentioned before, we were working on getting some new customers to try out our website I like the fact that it works with all devices in my office (laptop/tablet) as well as outside of work hours for phone calls etc. The ability to use multiple numbers per account has been useful when needing to contact different clients at once. We have not had any issues with this product but we are always looking out for new features. It does what its meant to do - make communication easier between staff members and our customers.
