Functionally it seems great and according to most reviews a lot better than the original but it has the basics. My 2018 Canyon Denali has a very capable system. My collusion and roadside warnings are now a very quiet beep instead of the annoying loud de de deux that was before. It's hard to hear even with the music turned off, so you really need those annoying beeps. But the biggest problem is that it randomly shuts off while driving or even when starting the truck - no sound. Imagine you have pulled the fuse from your main power line in your amplifier. The radio says music is playing but there is no sound. It's as easy to fix as shutting down the truck and turning off the power completely. It takes a minute and is quite cumbersome when showing your system to others. These can be simple fixes, but so far attempts to get help have been unsuccessful. The other issue is that I can't just send it back for a replacement because it's installed in my dash and they know about it so the warranty claim is almost a joke.
