Review on Enhance Your Water Quality with πŸ’§ the Brita COMINHKR063772 Tap Faucet Water Purifier by Amrozi Goodall

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Water is definitely tastier than polyurethane

The unfiltered water here smells strongly of bleach, I have never seen such a strong smell anywhere. I've used polyurethane for 5 years with no problems, but the water here is gross even with polyurethane faucet filters. I just installed a Brita faucet filter today and am a bit disappointed with the cheap plastic short connector compared to the metal connector to PUR. I haven't had a leakage problem in 5 years. When tap water runs through the Brita, 2 jets of water splash a little on each side of the main stream, but not where the unit connects to the faucet - hard to describe. When the switch is in the 'spray' position the flow is fine but when switched to filtered water the flow is very fast and strong, nothing like PUR. The taste of Brita filtered water is excellent, much better than PUR filtered water. For the past 6 months or more, when I noticed that PUR filtered water didn't taste as good as it did in my other home, I've been buying 4 cases of bottled water a week, throwing away the faucet filter and changing the filtered water while cooking. coffee and cooking. At the moment I am satisfied with Brita and glad that I no longer have to spend money on mineral water. Will update the rating if the device crashes or falls, as many reviewers have experienced.
