It's nice to have clean water

It's nice to have clean, filtered water. Much cheaper than buying plastic water bottles. Ease of installation. You MUST have the correct faucet to install any unit that uses this filter. I highly recommend getting a pitcher to store filtered water in the fridge.

Not my favorite - kitchen and bathroom lamps

Not a fan of this product. First, the nozzle makes the water pressure very strong. Water splashes everywhere, especially with the spray function. Second, I measured the TDS in Brita filtered water and the amount was actually higher than my regular tap water. I do not recommend this product.

A clear improvement over the previous filters

. We like it much better than the Pur filter that we have been using for a long time. It is smaller and takes up much less space on the faucet. Attaching it to the faucet was very easy, as was changing the filter. I love the fact that the water flow is much faster than the Pur filter and I'm very glad we made the switch.

Great product, best of the faucet mount filters

We had a little trouble installing due to the poor workmanship of the plastic joint but once installed (thanks to the other detailed reviewers) ; that works great. Our water is constantly cleaned of algae and usually smells of bleach or is discolored. This device makes the faucet endurable. I just wish I could attach it to my shower and bath.

Light sensor is dying fast!

The sensor indicator, which turns green, then yellow, then red to indicate the filter needs to be replaced, died on two different sets. I bought the first block to replace the old version (which lasted me 3 years and turned out better). Water is definitely tastier than polyurethane

The unfiltered water here smells strongly of bleach, I have never seen such a strong smell anywhere. I've used polyurethane for 5 years with no problems, but the water here is gross even with polyurethane faucet filters. I just installed a Brita faucet filter today and am a bit disappointed with the cheap plastic short connector compared to the metal connector to PUR. I haven't had a leakage problem in 5 years. I bought this rather expensive kitchen sink filter because I thought it would solve my problem - poor sink filtration and dripping water you couldn't see at all!
