I'm anal when it comes to dishcare. Photo of this pan only after no more than 10 charges and I declined it. There seems to be something porous in the material which makes it absorb grease stains etc. I've tried everything to clean it but the stains have penetrated the coating and trying to clean it only ends up scraping the coating itself which causes me doubt. Safety of further use of the pan. I don't want to swallow whatever this cover is, so I'll consider this one to be one of those "fool me, it's your fault" kind of thing. I have a Kitchenaid pan that is over 20 years old and looks brand new so, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for!
