Much dimmer than "75w 100w halogen equivalent " and the color doesn't look like 2700K.

The product description states that this LED is equivalent to a 75-100W incandescent lamp. Not so. Much dimmer than incandescent and the color is not like 2700K. Another problem is that when the bulb is dimmed to 0 with a Lutron dimmer, it won't turn off.
