The product works fine. just dirty
I couldn't heal my chapped lips with conventional remedies like lip balm, petroleum jelly, etc. My lips were in such bad condition that they bled. I started using this product. Using it once in the morning and once before bed, I found that I was able to keep my lips in good condition. I bought a pack of 6 or more to share with my daughter and a friend. We all like how the product works, but it melts and flakes off very quickly. When a breakup occurs, I simply apply it to my lips with a freshly washed fingertip. I would rate it 5 stars if it wasn't for the split.
