Completely dissatisfied with this chair. Everything was fine for the first few weeks, but then the problems started: 1) The seat height decreases over time, so every day I have to pump the seat height back up so that my legs are properly bent 90 degrees and my feet are up on the ground. When the seat slides down, I twist my legs and after a while it causes pain in my legs, 2) an armrest falls apart by itself. I think it wasn't molded properly in production so the pieces of foam just fall off. Now it irritates my hand because it makes contact with frayed hard edges where it broke - see photo and 3) there is no lumbar support. I had to buy a lumbar pillow and put it in the back to make it a little more comfortable. As soon as I stop working from home, this chair ends up in the trash. Huge waste of money ($104) for me. Don't let them steal your money too.
