Use white AV connector for video instead of yellow. Does not support USB external hard drive, but it is suitable for flash drive and SD. Some Google Play apps do not work properly or at all. However, the mirroring capabilities for Apple and Android are excellent and make up for the shortcomings of the in-box app. You really do need at least a mouse to operate the box, as remote functionality is limited and keyboard navigation or control isn't easy. Considering the price, its performance exceeded my expectations as it transformed my regular analogue TV into a functional Smart TV. No need to buy a new expensive smart TV. 4k clarity was excellent when using an HDMI connection on an HDTV.
