It’s definitely not magic but it works. I’m 5’10 210lbs. Not a huge guy but got some fat in places I don’t love. I’ve worn this a few times over the past 6 months. Mostly when wearing a suit for weddings or formal events. It does a great job of smoothing boobs and bezeling the crotch to stomach area.It is an absolute chore to get on and off. I got a medium. While it’s on, it feels great- secure, tight. There’s sometimes some discomfort in the armpit area.I’d recommend but don’t expect to look like you’ve lost 30 pounds. Maybe 5-10 lol
