I love how it can integrate into our CRM system to help us track leads, sales conversations etc in real time! It also tracks all of your interactions with customers so you know exactly where they are at any given point during their journey through your funnel/sales process - which helps drive revenue by ensuring that we have an understanding of what's working well or not (and thus improving future processes). The support team has been great too! They've helped me out several times over when my own skills were failing me due to lack of experience. But otherwise everything about this product has exceeded expectations since day 1. If nothing else, just be aware that there will likely be some learning curve as far as setting up integrations between Salesforce data and other platforms like LinkedIn. We're using it primarily as part of email campaigns but we'd consider expanding its use once more features become available (like custom landing pages) if those emails perform better than existing.
