I've used the shampoo and conditioner together on both wet and mild days. I have coarse, unruly hair that gets terribly frizzy in the summer and I am VERY pleased with how the shampoo and conditioner have given me back the smooth, less-rough hair of my youth. I haven't had to wear a hat to straighten my hair in a week - the hair feels silky but not soft. It has a shine and a lovely scent that's more lemony than anything (at least to me). You do NOT need to use a lot of shampoo or conditioner to get all the benefits, so the price is actually reasonable.
