With this brand, I only have to brush once to get my tongue pink and my teeth shiny and shiny. I got compliments on how white my teeth looked after a day of use. My tongue stays pink all day and my breath stays fresh! It's worth it! Best of all, it's fluoride-free and contains one of my favorite ingredients - aloe! Will buy again once this tube runs out.
